Using his expertise and vast network in the Telecommunications Engineering industry, Dr. Tim Dumah has earned a reputation for providing quality work done with honesty and integrity.  Transseed has quickly become an up and rising star as a General Contractor in the OSP/ISP industry.  Our history is filled with opportunities, relationships, and people who has allowed Transseed to meet and exceed client expectations over the last decade.

2009

The Transseed Group was founded

Transseed was founded in 2009 as a direct result of client request for Managed Services. Dr. Dumah formed Transseed Group to combine consulting, managed solutions, engineering and construction services.
2011

Transseed grows its staff

With rapid growth in the OSP industry, Transseed grows its staff to over 18 employees.
2013

Transseed acquires major client projects

Transseed begins to acquire major client contracts to provide OSP/ISP solutions in the Texas Region. Many of the projects included services such as MDUs, Fiber Installation, Cable Pulls, Trenching, and Project Management.
2015

Rural Broadband Project

Transseed is selected as a regional partner for a 175 mile rural broadband project. This project was part of the Rural Utilities Services (RUS) Telecom Infrastructure initiative. The project allowed Transseed to take another step in its ability to grow the underground construction group.
2017

Year of Growth

2017 was another milestone year for Transseed. The business was recognized for its accomplishments by the Houston Award Program and we contributed toward the restoration after Hurricane Harvey helping rebuild Houston's telecommunications infrastructure. Transseed had an expansion year adding operations in North Carolina and Florida to assist with national OSP and Telecom Clients in those regions.
2018

Year of Certifications

Prior to the end of the 2017 year, Transseed began the process of becoming a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the City of Houston and the Minority Supplier Diversity Council (MSCD). Also, Transseed became an approved vendor for CenterPoint Energy to provide construction solutions for utilities throughout the region.
